12. How much lead-time do I need to give you for a custom order?
The longer, the better. We source our beads from around the world so sometimes there are minor delays in getting the base products to us. In addition, we sometimes have an order waitlist. When you place a custom order, we will contact you by e-mail to give you a price quotation and an approximate shipping date.
